Teresa Hall
Teresa Hall is a Fellow of the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing), Assessor and Tutor for all units of the Associate and DDE qualifications in Modern Theatre and Imperial Classical Ballet, and has her DDE in Tap. She pioneered the ISTD Teacher Training Programme in Ho Chi Minh City and has trained more than 25 teachers during her time there.
Her performance experience includes dancing at Ramses Hilton (Cairo) and Le Meridien (Damascus) with the Paradise Diamonds Show, Head Dancer for the tour in Italy – Bentornata Signora Rivista and Head Dancer for Chandris Cruise lines in the Caribbean.
She has been dancing since she was 3 and studied Ballet, Modern Jazz, Tap and Acrobatics to Advanced levels. She was then professionally trained at The Arts Educational School London on the 3 year Musical Theatre Course, before embarking on her career as a dancer.
Prior to working in Vietnam, she was Principal of the Scuola di Danza TDH in Italy, which she founded in 1988, the school is still thriving and is now run by her daughter.
Silver Swans® is her latest qualification which will bring the joy of dance to an even wider audience.
